The Micro-Refinery is based on the SGBB - Superfast-Growing ( 10cm/hr - Guinness Book ) Bamboo Biomass,
and the BSFL - Fast-Growing (10k times in 14 Days) Black Soldier Fly’s Larvae Technologies .
A 1m tall Fast-Growing Bamboo Plant (pl), V-Farm-Grown in 12 hours, is about 22g heavy ( measured personally by us).
Let’s assume we’ll plant Bamboo Seedlings Hydroponically, in a 1m x 1m XPS Board, 1cm far from each other.
We’ll have 100 x 100 or 10,000 seedlings per square meter.
Let’s Calculate :
20g/pl/12h x 10,000pl/m2 (100x100) = 200,000g/m2/12h = 200kg/m2/12h (17kg/m2/h) = 400kg/m2/24h = 800kg/2m2/24h (or 33kg/2m2/h) fresh SGBB = 400kg/24h BSFL (17kg/h) = 156kg/24h Organic Fuel Oil (OFO-40MJ/kg) = 84kg/100L/24h OFO for 20kWe / 15kWe Net (3.5kg/h / 4.2L/h / 100.8L/24h) self-lubed Wankel-Engine Power Genset + 72kg/24h (86L/24h) OFO Car Fuel (or 70L high-class BioDiesel - through additional Methanol-TransEsterification Process) .
The only consumables : Water, Cyan-LED Grow-Light and CO2 from the Air ( or from the Wankel Genset's Exhaust ) .
There will be also an additional, significant output of two more valuable By-Products : about 230kg/Day of Pure Animal Protein with a long list of valuable Amino-Acid content (~$10/kg, $2,300/Day income - the Larvae remainings after the Oil’s Extraction ) , plus about 3.5 kg/Day of 90%+ Chitin ( BS Flies, died after laying eggs ) - with average price of $220/kg or $770/Day, or over $3,000 total profit per Day .
